Responsible for all

Federal and Cal OSHA
regarding citations and
compliance issues
Audits facilities to
maintain and enhance
Health and Safety
Compliance
Writes and oversees
implementation of all
required safety
compliance plans such as
but not limited to:
Injury and Illness
prevention Programs,
Emergency Response
Programs, Hearing
Conservation Program,
and Respirator Program.
Creates annual Safety
training compliance for
each facility and
oversees implementation
by facility
coordinators.
Develops programs and
initiatives for safety
culture change
Develops incentive
programs to create
safety and health
awareness
Oversees implementation
of safety initiatives
and measures results of
each facility
Develops training
curriculum and may
conduct training as
needed to support
facilities.
Oversees the
investigation and
analysis of recordable
industrial
injuries/accidents,
develops plans and
actions for prevention
Education and/or
Experience
Minimum of 5 years
industrial plant
experience as a Health
and Safety professional
