The ideal candidate will be able to manage a successful product launch from Development to Production Release.  Detailed understanding of all aspects of semiconductor product development including simulation, bench testing, ATE testing,  qualification, packaging and off-shore assembly and test.

 A minimum of a BSEE or equivalent work experience with MSEE preferred. Knowledge of IC processing techniques (including CMOS, BiCMOS and SiGe) semiconductor physics, yield improvement methodology and technical knowledge in digital/mixed signal circuits preferred. Product line includes 1Gb/s to 12Gb/s ICs for optical fiber and switch fabric communications.       

Experience with Teradyne Catalyst ATE preferred.
