We are looking for a designer with knowledge of and experience in the design, implementation, and verification of complex digital circuits and systems in ASICs and FPGAs.

1. Candidates must be well-versed in the ASIC and/or FPGA design flow, and must show experience in having successfully completed complex designs.
2. Candidates must show experience in the implementation of communications/networking circuits and systems.
3. Experience with DSL, 802.11a/b/g, Ethernet, or DS3 highly desirable.

Minimum requirement is BSEE + 4 yrs experience in the field, or an MSEE + 2 yrs experience.
